Nearing the end of Winter
April 23, 2013
0 commentsKnown as the winter that won't end; we all are optimistic today with the vibrant blue skies and forecast that includes warming temperatures. Yesterday evenings snowstorm missed us which translates into 10" of less snow to deal with....we are not too worried about the possible 2" forecast for tonight. The snow drifts that were created from last weekends snow are exquisite, breath taking to behold and truly challenging to walk through.
The sun isn't setting until after 8 pm and that alone is beautiful and uplifting. Will keep you posted as to the lakes conditions and the return of the first loons to beautiful Burntside Lake.
